As the Sr Project Manager you are responsible for the internal progress of projects and you're the liaison of the internal team on the one hand and the client on the other. Incorporating the latest digital technologies is what we do, both in our productions as in our management approach. You will monitor, facilitate, prioritise and identify risks. Your goal is to deliver the projects 'on time', 'on quality' and 'on-budget'. In direct collaboration by the account team and managing the (supporting) project manager(s) you will be the main game-player on the floor and in the field.
The Senior Project Manager we are looking for is eager to share and expand his or her knowledge of digital production. Obviously, you have great analytical and communicative skills. Every successful project starts with the understanding of the objectives and owning the process and client contact. You will need to ensure that the demands and wishes are crystal clear, determine which profiles and planning is needed to realise the project and formulate the right subtasks for each member of your team. You are accountable for ensuring that the deadline of each project is met, so that the project will be delivered as planned and the client feels at ease.
We need great people skills. You will work closely with the clients, department heads and other employees. It is your responsibility to make sure that each of them finishes his or her tasks within the allocated time frame and to keep everyone motivated and manage client expectations. Of course, you lead by example.
As our Digital Project Manager you need to be able to estimate the risks for your project up front. For each of these risks you provide the proper measures to avoid or limit any damage. Should an obstacle appear, you will - like a true pro - keep your head cool (and your heart warm) so it can be solved as quickly as possible.
